All products purchased from NEXEDGE are guaranteed genuine articles, original, new, and entitled for the original warranty. Other terms and conditions of warranty are subject to the respective manufacturer's warranty statement.

Your agreement with us

From time to time, NEXEDGE will introduce new product in time limited pre-order phase. Pre-order applies only to items displaying the Pre-Order message on their product detail pages. Items that don't display the Pre-Order message are not eligible.
Pre-order applies only to items sold by NEXEDGE official website www.store.nexedge.com.my It does not apply to purchases made from third-party sellers or from any other website.
As for the payment, customers have to pay the total price of the product. Payment must only be made via bank transfer (Maybank2u / PayPal) to our account during checkout the shopping cart.
4. Pricing
As an electronic Wholesaler and authorize Dealer, NEXEDGE is able to secure lower and affordable pricing to meet our customer's demand.
While we try and ensure that all prices, item description, images, discounts, promotions, e-vouchers or our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
In order to refund your money, we may require information of your bank account. To ensure that your account info is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity. 5. Availability and Delivery

6. Order Cancellation
Any order cancellation request has to be informed within 24 hours. We appreciate that if you will inform us the reason for cancellation in order for us to better serve you on your future purchase with us. We apologize we are notable to accept any order cancellation after 24 hours or when your purchase product has been shipped out.
7. Duty and Tax
For the international order, please bare in mind that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Once the product is in your country, apart from shipping charges, you are responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties, or import fees that may apply. This cost is not calculated into the cost of your ordered items.
NEXEDGE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. A customs policy very widely from country to country, states to states, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
However, duties and import tax are only applicable to certain countries. Our carrier will handle all customs clearance work for you and deliver your order right to your doorstep.
